Jody Cline – Flute

Jody and her husband, Barry, moved to Sun City in June of 2021. Originally from Southern California, she spent 30 years in Eugene, Oregon before moving to Arizona. Jody and Barry raised five children and now have six grandchildren. She spent the early part of her career with IBM and then with Lane Council of Governments in Eugene, retiring as Director of Senior and Disability Services in 2019.

Jody played flute in Junior High & High School and decided to return to playing after retiring. Since then she has played with the Eugene New Horizons Band followed by playing online with the Congaree New Horizons Band in South Carolina, when meeting in person was not possible. Playing with accomplished musicians is a challenge, but with lessons and practice Jody hopes to improve over time.
