Esther Osbahr – Alto Saxophone

I grew up in Mitchell, SD and started playing Saxophone in the fifth grade. I loved being part of the band all through high school.

I lived in Sioux City, Iowa, most of my adult life. In 1989 a friend started a community band. I was so happy to find a place to play in a group again. After not playing for 15 years, it really did all come back.

I’ve been in several community bands since then and continue to look forward to every rehearsal and concert.
